Who's behind it
G'day, I'm Nathan Silm. I make cider at Cedar Creek Cider in Wollondilly, NSW. I do my own admin, so I built an AI setup to do it with me. I still run the business on it. Before launch, 11 people paid to test the kit, including a roofer, a wedding stationer, a compliance consultant and a distributor. The fixes they asked for are built into this version.
Before you buy
- You need your own paid AI plan. It's not included. Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus is about $30 a month.
- For the Copilot kit: a work Microsoft 365 account, a Copilot licence, and an admin who approves the connection.
- A Windows or Mac computer you can install apps on. Setup happens on the computer, not your phone.
- The Claude kit is the most tested. The ChatGPT and Copilot kits are newer, with fewer real users.
Not for you if you want someone to do it all for you, your work computer won't let you install apps, or you're a developer who'd rather build your own.

Questions
Is my business data safe?
Your files stay on your computer and in your own accounts. Your AI reads them through your own account, under that AI company's privacy terms. Nathan never logs in to your accounts. You type every password yourself, and the kit never asks for one.
Will it do things without asking me?
It's set up to ask before it sends, posts, moves or deletes anything. In the Claude kit you can later tell it which jobs are fine to do without asking, and take them back any time.
I'm not techy. Will I cope?
It asks one question at a time. If you can save a file from an email and click a button, you can start. If you'd rather have someone with you, pick the call.
Does AI make mistakes?
Yes. It can be confidently wrong. That's why it asks before anything goes out. Check its work like you'd check a new starter's.
Why not ask ChatGPT to set itself up?
It doesn't know what to ask you, in what order, or how to make it stick. The kit is those questions and that order, tested with paying pilot buyers.
What if I get stuck?

What happens after 3 months?
